Basic course - working on roofs/construction sites
Basic course for working on roofs/construction sites - after completing this course, the participants will acquire knowledge about selecting and using personal protective equipment against falls from a height when working on roofs. They will get acquainted with special dangers when working on roofs and roof openings.

Target groups:
Persons working in the roofing, carpentry and ancillary construction industry. Persons who carry out maintenance and installation activities on roofs.

Course contents:

• Information about rules and regulations, especially the accident prevention regulations for working on roofs and construction sites
• Types of personal protective equipment against falls from a height
• Safe handling of safety harnesses (body-specific adjustment, maintenance, visual inspection and inspection before use)
• Practical use of personal protective equipment against falls from a height on construction sites.
